A bit of history here.
Camp Baker has a regular Scout Master Belly Flop.
They gather as many of the adult leaders who are willing
to jump into the lake and try to make the bigest splash.
Two years ago, Don decided that he wasn't going to be able
to compete with some of the bellies hanging around, so
he sent an assistant into town to buy the ugliest suit possible
at the local GoodWill store, and he went in as a "Used Car Salesman".
It was enough to earn him first prize.
He told the scouts that the next time he would up the ante,
and do the belly flop in a dress.
Then he resigned his post as scoutmaster.
So now it was the new scoutmaster's turn to keep up the tradition.
The comments and looks almost made it worthwhile, even if it
only earned second place. Oh well.
