February 2004: Longbow
Troop 163 and several guests from both Packs 234 and 170 visited the Longbow Organization Campsite for a weekend of service, relaxation and fun! With covered cabins (Adirondacks) near the Santiam river, we were ready for rain, but were pleasantly surprised with wonderful weekend weather.

 | | We found several places where elk herds seem to have crossed the trail we were following. In one place however, we ran across this track (it's there, trust me) that seemed to be that of a bear or large cat--we couldn't decide.
