On 10 July 1999, a few members of Troop 163 met up with a large number of people from the deVos family (and friends) and rode an antique (1957) firetruck in the Philomath Frolic Parade. The scouts involved were Grant K, Thomas R, Conrad S, and Andy W. Many of these photos are of the other members of the party and other exhibits in the parade.
