---		Winter camping
			We have a couple of opportunities for winter camping.
			The first is scheduled for this weekend for
			someplace like Willamette Pass or somewhere a little
			cooler.  The second is the Klondike Derby on the
			weekend of the 26th.
			Have Dave Regan talk about the Klondike Derby
			We need to know what the scouts would like to do
			for winter camping, and which will commit to
			various trips.

	---		Summer Camp
			It is time to select a summer camp for the
			summer of 2002.
			Ty, describe the sort of activities available
			 at summer camp.
			What scouts are interested in summer camp?
			Discussion about the various summer camps

	---		Merit badge workshop
			There is a one day merit badge clinic in Feb.
			If people are interested and need more information,
			talk to Dave Regan.

	---		Swimming
			There is the swimming merit badge class offered
			out of OSU.  If you need more information, talk
			to Dave Regan.  The turnout at the last second-Friday
			swim at Osborn was non-existant.  What scouts
			are interested in continuing a monthly swim night?

	20 Jan		Newspapers
			We raise money for the scouts and the troop by
			recycling newspapers.  It is time to tie the papers.
			Meet at the Regan's house at 1:00 on Sunday

	22 Jan		Committee Meeting
			Adults meet at the New Morning Bakery.  Alan will have
			an agenda available soon.
