As a change from normal practice, we will set up a number of chairs for scouts to sit on rather than sitting on the stage.

7:00 Opening flag ceremony

21 Feb No meeting, holiday.

-- Newspapers. Have Don or Dave give a status report and suggestion.

27 Feb Webelo visitation We will be having visitors from Wilson school this day. Do your best to ensure that the visitors have a good impression of scouting.

6 Mar Court of Honor Time to finish up merit badges and rank advancement, and get paperwork in. If you have any questions about a particular badge, ask the scoutmaster. Time to finish up!

1 Mar We will be going to Camp Meriwether this summer on Aug 13-19. We need to get a first installment on our fees in by March. This is $60 for each of the scouts who are going to camp. For the new scouts, this is a time to spend a week doing various scout skills. Thomas: We should have several new scouts here. Have a short discussion with some of the other scouts here on what happens at summer camp.

10-11 Mar Junior Leader Training This is an opportunity for any scout who hasn't been through this program to get some leadership training. The troop will pay the fee. Talk to Sean, Thomas, or Ty for ideas of what happens during this training session.

15 Apr Scout show If Jody is here, allow him to have some time on the floor.

19 Feb Longbow Pass out the signup sheet. This is this weekend! There will be opportunities to work on rank advancement. Please use this time to plan your menus.

7:30 We will be introducing some merit badges today. John Dion will discuss the Backpacking merit badge. Dave Regan will discuss the Computer merit badge. Kevin Hanauer will discuss the Personal Fitness merit badge.
