7:00 Opening flag ceremony

Thanks to all of those who helped build the tower and man the booth at the scout show. It was one of the best towers I've seen. Have the scouts come up and describe the tower.

Things coming up this week, or haven't been mentioned yet: 23 Apr Jefferson school carnival Jefferson sponsors our troop, and this is one of the ways we give back to the school. pass out sign up sheet 24/25 Apr Archery / Rifle trip Depending upon the number of webelos, decide how to deal with patrols, meal assignments, and adults. pass out sign up sheet for attendance and drivers 26 Apr Order of the arrow elections. 19 May Fingerprinting 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Corvallis Police Department on wednesday the 19th. This will be taught by Sgt. Tim Brewer, Detective. You must read the Fingerprinting Merit Badge Book before you arrive, and bring the book with you to the clinic. The plan is to complete the merit badge within the meeting. If you have questions, call Michele Bojanowski at 758-5077. 18-24 July Summer Camp Have Don talk to the scouts about payment with special attention to potential webelo participants.

Break into patrols for a short patrol meeting to deal with menus. Work with the webelo participants to ensure that they won't starve. Have someone check menus for sanity.

7:30 Dolf deVos Dolf will be doing a presentation covering archery safety, the course we will be using, our status as guests at the Benton Bowman's club, and other topics he wants to cover to have an enjoyable and safe visit at the archery range.

Jody Farley Jody will be giving a rifle safety presentation. We will be using .22 rifles at the Elk's rifle range, and the safe handling of the rifles is *required*.
