7:00	Opening flag ceremony
	Things coming up this week, or haven't been mentioned yet:
	    22 Jul 2001	Philmont Scout Ranch
			 If Mike Johnson is present, have him describe
			  this.  If not present, hold off until the end
			  of the business section of the meeting. 
			We are confirmed for one unit of between 6 and
			10 scouts (14 years old or older) and two adults.
	    17 Apr	Scout show.
	    		We will need adult help, and all of the scouts
			possible to help with the tower.  We will be doing
			preliminary set up the night before.  We will have
			pizza there.
			 Have Jody take a few minutes here to do a head
			  count, ask if there are questions, do any short
			  remedial work. 
			 Pass out a signup list for scouts working
			  Friday and Saturday.  Have them estimate hours
			  available. 
	    19 Apr	Troop meeting.  We will be having a safety talk
	    		for the archery/rifle trip.  If you are going on
			the trip, you will need to be here.  We will also
			be having webelos, so be in uniform to give a
			good impression.

	Reminders mentioned last time, but we still need to be aware
	of these dates:
	    23 Apr	Jefferson school carnival
	    		Jefferson sponsors our troop, and this is one of
			the ways we give back to the school.
	    24/25 Apr	Archery / Rifle trip
	    26 Apr	Order of the arrow elections.
	    14-16 May	Camporee
	    		We will need adult and scout volunteers to help
			practice scout craft during meetings.
    	Break.

7:30	Kevin Hanauer
	Kevin will be doing a presentation for the Emergency Preparedness
	merit badge using the equipment he brought a couple of weeks ago.

8:15	Cathy Kimble
	Cathy will be catching scouts up with the Personal Management
	merit badge.
